An armed robbery in East San Jose is raising new concerns about neighborhood safety after suspects targeted a victim in a residential area.
According to the San Jose Police Department, the incident occurred late at night near the Story Road corridor, a busy area with a mix of homes and small businesses.
Police say multiple suspects approached the victim, displayed a firearm, and demanded personal belongings before fleeing the scene.
No serious injuries were reported, but authorities confirmed that the suspects remain at large.
