Milpitas Pho Restaurant Temporarily Closes After Viral Video Showing Unsanitary Meat Handling

Pho Love, a popular Vietnamese pho restaurant located at 55 N Milpitas Blvd, Milpitas, has temporarily closed after a viral video on social media appeared to show employees handling raw meat in an unsanitary way.

According to the restaurant’s Google business listing, the establishment is currently marked “Temporarily Closed.”

The viral clip shows a worker placing raw meat on surfaces that do not appear to meet sanitary standards, causing concerns among customers and food-safety advocates.

Despite this incident, Santa Clara County inspection records show that Pho Love previously passed multiple health inspections, scoring 93 in September 2025 and 91 in May 2025.

As of now, Pho Love has not released a detailed public statement, though their Instagram page mentioned they are cooperating with local authorities while the issue is being reviewed.

Customers who have recently eaten at the restaurant and have safety concerns are encouraged to monitor updates from the restaurant and consult a healthcare provider if needed.
